Refund Policy

Being completely satisfied with your Mureco products is 100% our goal, we want you to love them as much as we do!

We’re in this together and if you're not satisfied, we want to rectify that. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, if you have received a damaged product or an incorrect item, and we will be delighted to assist you within that time frame.

If a mistake is made in your order by our staff then a full refund or exchange will be given.

We aim to either refund the product amount or replace it in your next order and are committed to resolving any issues you have

Items are Non-returnable once opened and used

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Partial refunds/credits may be granted in certain situations, such as for items with obvious signs of use, items not in their original condition, or items that are returned more than 14 days after purchase/delivery (unless previously authorized).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear in your account. If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you've done all this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless they are damaged or faulty.

Shipping

The purchaser will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item unless otherwise agreed in writing by Mureco. Original order shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
